August 7, 2020 – The annual National Energy and Utility Affordability Coalition (NEUAC) virtual conference was held this week. The theme for this year’s conference was “United We Stand,” and had over 650 attendees. The conference was hosted virtually this year in recognition of the COVID-19 pandemic.
The conference agenda included 16 live, online sessions and 16 on-demand sessions. Some of the session topics included: Voluntary Compassionate Practices by Utilities During COVID, LIHEAP Policy Updates During the Era of COVID, Utility Impacts of COVID and Utility Consumer Protections During the COVID-19 Crisis.
Next year’s annual NEUAC conference is set to take place in San Diego, California.
