The National Fuel Funds Network (NFFN) will hold its annual LIHEAP Action Day on February 9 in Washington, D.C.
This is the ninth year that NFFN has held the event, designed to educate lawmakers on LIHEAP funding needs. Typically, the event draws hundreds of representatives from fuel funds and other nonprofit organizations, consumer advocacy programs, utility and fuel oil companies and associations, and local, state and tribal governments.
The day will begin with a breakfast briefing at 8:15 and end with a reception 4:30 on Wednesday, February 9. The American Gas Association will provide its Capitol Hill office as central gathering place. NFFN has arranged discounted lodging at the Holiday Inn Central/ White House.
