March 11, 2024 — OCS marks the three-year Anniversary of the American Rescue Plan (ARP) Act in a Dear Colleagues Letter today in recognition of the historic legislation. OCS has announced its continuing celebration of the impact the ARP Act has had and is highlighting the work that LIHEAP grant recipients have had on communities as a result of the $4.5 billion supplemental funds that the act provided.
In recognition of this work, OCS has compiled a resource page that features spotlight videos on the impact of the supplemental funding as well as links to program data and recent reporting information that reflects this impact. OCS invites the LIHEAP network to share success stories of their own across their platforms in the communities they serve.
