May 12, 2017 – Workshops will be held by SUEZ Water New York on May 15 and June 22 to discuss the company’s proposed programs to provide financial assistance for qualified customers in Rockland County, New York.
The New York Public Service Commission directed SUEZ Water New York to study the feasibility of developing programs to assist low-income customers after a rate case settlement earlier this year. These two workshops are part of that process.
The workshops will take place at the Technology Center on the Rockland Community College campus in Suffern, NY. Company officials will present a low-income rebate program and a low-income discount program.
“We encourage interested stakeholders to attend and provide feedback on these proposals,” said Chris Graziano, vice president of SUEZ. “Their ideas can help shape these customer-assistance initiatives.”
