discount on their residential customer charge, as well as the first 800

- Weatherization Program
Weatherization improvements, refrigerator replacement, and minor home repairs are free to income qualified applicants who
own or rent their homes, apartments, or mobile homes and use electricity from TID. Residents of Stanislaus County should call the Central Valley Opportunity Center at (209) 537-9217 to schedule an appointment.
Residents of Merced County should call the Merced County Community Action Board at (209) 723-1225 to schedule an appointment.
