- Low-Income Weatherization Assistance Program (LIWAP)
- Dominion Energy: Services include providing high-efficiency natural gas furnaces, adjusting natural gas appliances, and correcting problems like gas leaks, high carbon-monoxide levels, and inappropriate venting of natural gas appliances. Income eligibility: up to 200% FPG. Supplements federal WAP.
- Rocky Mountain Power: Services include installing insulation, energy-efficient showerheads, and CFLs. Income eligibility: up to 200% FPG. Supplements federal WAP.
